Pork Belly

The dinner I made tonight. 



Not bad for my first try. I liked it so much I had two servings of it. Once before I left the house and a little bit more when I got home. I also liked it better the second time around. This is one of those dishes that taste perfectly good in room temperature.

  1. That looks like it's drenched in soy sauce. But I guess it's isn't as salty as it looks. Otherwise, you would have mentioned it.

  2. I actually didn't put any soy sauce in it at all. The color is very similar to my chicken wings (if u remember what that looked like).

  3. is it hard cooking that type of meat? it looks delicious! we should have a cookout one day and bacon can be the taster!

  4. I have learned the Bacon is now a vegetarian. She only eats grass, grass and grass. I doubt that she will want to join us.
