Bro in law cooks a mean steak.
I still can't eat really pink steak yet but this wasn't the typical "well done" steak I usually get. This was really good. I think I had two servings. The meat was tender and flavorful.
The grilled onions were really good too. It goes really well with the steak.
They have kids and so there are veggies...I actually liked this. I ate a good amount of this too.
Man, looking at these pictures make me wanna have some steak right now...
...unfortunately, well...with the way I've been eating, I should say...Fortunately, I am eating congee tonight. Nothing more to clog my heart tonight...

ReplyDeleteFor some reason, I really really like the veggies. It's not even anything special. It's just frozen veggies.
ReplyDeleteIt's a filet mignon. The first piece he cooked for me was medium well. He cooke it where I see very little pink (the way I like it). It was still very tender so it was good.
I had this again this past monday and it was soo good.
