It's 9pm on a Wednesday night and I am craving cheese fries, Korean Chicken wings and Hot Clay Oven. I think I've been eating too little lately as I've been hungry these past two nights around this time (stop the laughter please). I think I will try to eat some fruits between my meals. Let's see how that goes.
Bon Chon! I've been wanting to try this place for quite some time now. I've had the other "famous" Korean Wings places but this has never been a convenient place for me to go to. Well, I finally went one day!
Is that salt on the onion rings? It looks like it right? It isn't. I believe it's parmesan. These were good! The spicy (yellow) mayo sauce that came with it was awesome. I would eat some of that right now...
6 soy sauce chicken tenders. This was my friend's dish. He LOVES it. I personally wouldn't order it. It's too much meat for me. If it came in a smaller size, I would like it.
8 spicy wings! These were not bad. They definitely satisfied the craving. I will not say that it's much better than the other places I've been to. The skin in "Mad for Chicken" is still the best in my opinion.
I still think the "old" kycoChon was the best. I need to go back there and see if they got rid of their big ass wings.

Korilla BBQ Food Truck
I forgot where I heard about this truck...all I remember was that it had gotten some good reviews. So I followed it on twitter and went to it one day when it was near my work place. I tell ya, I was really determined that day. It was parked all the way near Madison Square Park and it was raining..
Anyway, after what felt like forever, I finally got to it. The line was pretty short (probably because it was still early and it was raining and windy).
Btw, this was some time late last year...so I kinda forgot what I ordered.
So based on this picture, it doesn't look like it was raining...I guess I'm thinking about some other food day...
well, if it wasn't raining, then it must have been cold.
So yeah...I think the pictures speak for itself....it was kinda...gross. I was really hyped up about it but when I saw and ate it, I was really disappointed. I remember the meat being pretty dry and bland. The wrap wasn't that great either.
Anywayz, I'm guessing I ordered the wrong thing because this place has gotten such great reviews...either way, I don't think I'll be eating at this truck again.

KyoChon Chicken
Pics from my visit in December.
Pretty nice outside. Inside was pretty nice too.
Yeah, I'm picking up a bad habit of drinking beer with my wings. I enjoyed the beer though.
I think these are like pickled white carrots? Liked them too.
I want some fries right now... kinda reminds me of KFC potato wedges.
Friend's dish.
I remember it not being that bad. I don't believe the wings were that big so it tasted alright. I need to give the Flushing one another try again. Hopefully, they regained their senses and bought back the small wings.

Picnic Garden - Korean BBQ Buffet
Korean BBQ Buffet...good for the mind...horrible for your belly.
Came here late last year and went again recently. It isn't a high end buffet place but it's good enough to fulfilled your korean bbq needs. Place isn't that big but I've been seated right away everytime I go there (only twice). I think it's probably because I don't go when it's primetime.
Just grab ur meats and food and bring it to your table to BBQ and chow down.
I'm not sure if I ate that lovely green grass that is on the side of the plate.
Chicken wing was alright. I just wanted to see what it tasted like. One was enough. The noodles were decent too. The pancake was eh. It was edible.
Crab legs...too much work to eat.
That's someone's plate. There goes that green grass again.
Ahh, the main reason we were all there...I believe that's short ribs on the grill.
I see sausages and some more short ribs. Both were pretty good.
Ahh...pork...the best in my opinion..
This was one of my plates the first time I went...
One of my plates the second time I went...all pork...yummy........I was really really stuffed after eating this plate.. I kinda wanna eat some of that right now actually..
Anyway, if you wanna eat some korean bbq and eat an unlimited amount, I recommend this place. I think the lunch is like $20 and the dinner might be $25? I can't remember the dinner price. After tax/tip, we all ended up paying $26 for lunch.
