Pork Taro Fritters

This is one of my favorite dishes that my mom makes. I gotta learn how to make it one day.

I believe there's ground pork, taro, onion and something else in there.

I always dip it in my mom's homemade "fish" sauce. I know, it sounds nasty but it really doesn't taste like fish.

I would love to eat some of this tonight...but that's not gonna happen.

I love fritters!

  1. this reminds me of a thai snack. can pork get substituted with ground chicken?

  3. Dude, I want some myself!

I'll put it on my list of things to learn how to cook. But in the meantime, I think I'll go sweetly ask my mom if she can make me some this weekend.

  5. This is a yummer indeed! my mom makes something similar, but she does it with shrimp and bean sprouts. You should be there when she makes it, so you can make it for us!
