Pommes Frites

After years of wanting to go here, I finally went! A few hours after dinner at that Cuban restaurant, I came out here for some fries ;)

There was a line but it moved pretty fast. We also managed to get seats inside!

Poutine - Canadian Cured Cheddar Cheese & Chicken Gravy - Small $5 Large $6

Friend ordered this. I did like the gravy on the fries and the cheese was interesting. I think I would like it better with melted cheddar cheese though. I only had 1 bite so I can't give a fair opinion on it. I wanna give it another try. Friends do love this though so I guess that says something.

Regular - $4.50
3 sauce combo - $2.50 (each is $1)
The one on the top is the wasabi mayo, the left one is the horseradish mayo and the one on the right is roasted garlic mayo.

I thought the fries were decent. I didn't see what was special about them though. It just tasted like regular fries to me. The sauces were okay too. I might have picked the wrong ones. I think the best one was the roasted garlic mayo. The wasabi did taste like wasabi. All of them had a "heavy" taste to it. Not sure if I'm explaining it right.

I'm not sure if my appetite was affected by my recent dinner but everything was just okay. I definitely wanna go back again and give it another try.

  1. Im interested in the gravy and cheese mix. I could care less about the fries.
