Sau Voi Corp Vietnamese Sandwiches

This is where I had my first Vietnamese sandwich. The sandwich here is totally different from that other viet sandwich place that I go to on Grand St. I believe it's call Saigon bakery?

It's a pretty small place. Half the place is a CD store and the other half is the viet sandwhich shop.

The one bad thing about this place is that sometimes the bread is not fresh. When it isn't fresh, it's hard and stale. Blah. When it is fresh, I think this sandwich is pretty darn good. I love the pate and "white meat". Sorry, I don't know what it's called.

Anyway, I would give this place a try if you are in the neighborhood.
