In a previous Puerto Rico post, remember how I had I mentioned that I had a mofongo in some restaurant in manhattan and that it sucked? Well, here's a pic. Despite the picture quality, you can still see a big difference.
This is what made me appreciate the one I had in Puerto Rico!
