Pork Pork & Some Chicken

I think my BIL was in a pork mood that day...and thank goodness for that!

Fried chicken and some fried pork skins. I love the pork skins...nice and crispy.

Pork belly...yum..I really like this. It's tender and the sauce is delicious. Goes great with rice. I am going to cook this one day...hopefully it comes out good ;)

I was somewhat healthy that day!
