Homemade green sauce. Tasted pretty good imo.
In the end, it was a good meal. I really loved the green sauce. It was really good with the chicken.

Spanish Chicken and Rice
I remembered when my sis cooked this...I came home to get ready to go out for dinner and I see this on the stove... Of course, I couldn't help myself but to eat some ;)
Chicken was pretty tender.
I love rice and beans...
