Stir-fry Clams, Eggplant in Garlic Sauce & Sour Soup

...and I'm back from vacation!



There was something missing in this dish. I think I should have put some chili in it to give it a kick and maybe put less soy sauce. I really want to find the recipe for the eggplant dish at Szechuan Gourmet. Next time. 




This was on the salty side as well. I always have that problem! Next time, I will put less bean sauce. 



My attempt to make my mom's sour soup. I'm not quite there yet...
